@topic - I'm not quite sure how this can be avoided or fixed. If you use the healings in the same turn when Gai enters gates but earlier in the queue, he will get healed.

Am I right in my assumption that this is what happened?

The only way I see it can be avoided is ot make the gates a self trigger skill like sakura self heal. But it will be too much of a boost.

i do realize i did do this poorly, but the order i did it in was one turn gates, and then the next turn heal. like i said, if i need to i will go redo it and show both turns to prove that it worked like that

edit: i put up new screenshots in the original post showing it in order

I'll be grateful if you do that. Because at one of the cases it is a bug. On the other -unavoidable part of the game. I'll sticky the topic until you do the tests.

I tested this and can confirm the new View Gates Release has TWO bugs.

1) He can be healed even with the Gates up.
2) His reduction cannot be pierced, but afflictions still work fine.

I think what happened was Luapman mixed up the no-heal effect with the no-pierce effect.

OK. Since it seems to be fixed. I'll close the topic. Maybe Luapman found the mistake himself :) Thanks for the testing though,
